Dedication

Last Sunday we had Abbey's dedication. In both services they had me share my story instead of having a message from our pastor. There is so much that I haven't shared with all of you but I hope to begin to do so soon. Let me just say that there were incredible miracles that happened through my journey to Abbey and they were things that I couldn't share about at the time. Anyway, after I spoke we had this little slide show. My friend Teresa also sang The Broken Road by Rascal Flatts which perfectly fits my story. Lots of friends were there rejoicing with me and it was another wonderful day in my life with Abbey. Here's a picture of her afterwards....

How did you get through two services without crying through them? Great video. Abbey is just precious and you are very lucky to have her! Isn't being Abbey's mom wonderful?

What a wonderful thing to share with your church family...I love those testimonies. In fact, it was a church testimony about adoption that really spoke to us and we started along this journey, hopefully it won't be too long before we get to share a similar story to others as well! Love the picture of your little sweetie!!!

The picture of Abbey after the dedication is absolutely adorable. You can tell how much she has changed in a mere 7 months!!! Just look at the slide show of her 1st picture & then look at the last picture--that tells it all. God is GOOD!!! I know from your testimony (even though I was not at the dedication) that He has been very good to you! He will continue to bless you & Abbey has your both lay your lives before Him to use both of you! Lots of Love, Kisses & Hugs + Tons of Prayers!

E is looking at the slide show with me just now, and remarked how cute Abbey is, and I wholeheartedly agree!

Keep up the good work, Mama -- you two are so good together!
