I've been checking your site since you arrived in China. Abbey is beautiful and your blog is a real treasure for both of you! When I went to China in 1999, videos were the way to go. Now VHS is to China trips the same as 8-tracks were to music. The blog is great! Thank you for sharing your adoption journey; those of us who have been home for quite awhile really enjoy sharing the joy of someone else who is just beginning their journey to their beautiful child!
PS to anonymous - turn your speakers off if the music is driving you crazy.

I am so thrilled for you. I just sent in my application to adopt from China this week (as a single woman) and reading your blog has really enforced the fact that I have made the right decision in following my dream! I know I have a LONG 18 months ahead of me, but your story is really encouraging. I'd love to email with you offline once you get home and more settled into your and Abbey's routine!
