Chinese Pampers and wipes

We went to Carriefour today (like a french Wal Mart) to get baby supplies. They didn't have the formula our babies like so we will go to another store tomorrow. We did get the rice cereal, diapers, and wipes. I got a little overwhelmed trying to convert kilos to pounds to figure out the diaper sizes but I found an American dad who told me the formula was to multiply the kilos by 2.2 and that really helped. Of course I don't really know how much Abbey weighs so I am going by the fact that she was 18 lbs in June. I am guessing 22 lbs. I brought size 3 American diapers that I will save for the flight back because I've heard they hold up better. So many people have had diaper blowouts on the flights back that I even brought some plastic pants to go over her diaper for that flight.
I also bought a Hello Kitty watch for $3 because my watch broke here. Guangzhou really has everything you could need or want.

Well let's start with a french Wal Mart - I can't think of a better mash-up?
Yet another reason I'm coming next time....

Cant wait to try out the international versions of Wal-mart. In the UK I went to ASDA which is their version, it was great.
